BOCES School Support Services

• Registers applicants meeting district substitute teacher, substitute teacher assistant and substitute nurse criteria.   

• Assists school districts meet their substitute teacher, teacher assistant and nurse needs.

• Assigns substitutes to employee absences.

• Uses Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and browser-based technology.

• Provides Help Desk service 5:30am – 2:00pm.
   
• Provides Professional Development opportunities for substitute teachers. 
   
• New School Districts are welcome to join the service.
