• Provides Professional Development opportunities for substitute teachers.  

• Assists school districts meet their substitute teacher and teacher assistant needs.

• Assigns substitutes to teacher absences.

• Uses Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and browser-based technology.

• Provides Help Desk service 5:30am – 2:30pm.

• New School Districts are welcome to join the service.
