Hazard
Communication/Right-To-Know/ Universal Precautions Training
This training is
required of all New York State school district employees each
school year. New substitutes have 90 days from the
date of
your approval to attend a HazCom training.
"Right-to-Know" legislation
provides employees with information about the known and
suspected health hazards that may result from working with toxic
substances. Employees have a legal right to this information.
This assists them in making knowledgeable and reasoned decisions
with respect to any personal risks of their employment and the
need for corrective action
