Murphy
earned his B.A. in Political Science from SUNY Albany. He
accepted an early retirement incentive as an Operations Manager
at FedEx Express after 19 years of service. Since his
retirement, he has been a security supervisor at the Albany
County Courthouse and the Health and Safety Coordinator for the
Albany County Department of Public Works. Currently he is a
Safety Specialist for Capital Region BOCES Health, Safety and
Risk Management. His assigned school districts are Albany,
Cobleskill, Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk and South Colonie.
